Introduction of a whistleblower structure
Due to the EU Whistleblower Directive and the Whistleblower Act, as a company with at least 50 employees, we are obliged to set up a reporting center where all company employees can anonymously report crimes in their professional environment and violations of fines that are intended to protect life, limb or… serve health, can display. In order to ensure confidentiality as best as possible, we have not appointed a person from our company as the reporting point, but rather a lawyer who is professionally obliged to maintain confidentiality.

Caspers Mock Lawyers is not obliged to provide our company with names or other identifying features. Rather, the reporting employee is obliged to maintain confidentiality towards our company. The employee decides himself/herself about the content and distribution of the information.
The person providing the information does not have to bear any costs for recording and processing the report.
