Our application process

You are our priority, not your application portfolio.

Our goal is to find the right candidate for the job and we know that CVs and applicant portfolios do not always give a reliable picture of the person. That’s why we attach great importance to getting a more comprehensive picture of each applicant before making a decision. For example, we conduct personal interviews to better understand who you are and what experiences and skills you bring to the table. During trial work, we offer you the opportunity to get to know our company first-hand at the front line.
