Your tasks

  • Pro­duc­tion and pro­ces­sing of dough for bread, rolls and pastries
  • Bak­ing the manu­fac­tu­red pro­ducts
  • Pro­duc­tion and pro­ces­sing of coa­tings, fil­lings and creams
  • Imple­men­ta­ti­on of qua­li­ty assu­rance mea­su­res
  • Sto­rage and con­trol of food, pack­a­ging mate­ri­als and ope­ra­ting sup­pli­es
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on and col­la­bo­ra­ti­on in our trai­nee team (e.g. trai­nee pro­jects)

Your pro­fi­le

  • com­ple­ted good school lea­ving cer­ti­fi­ca­te, at least inter­me­dia­te school lea­ving cer­ti­fi­ca­te
  • skil­led craft­sman­ship
  • mathe­ma­ti­cal inte­rest and under­stan­ding of tech­ni­cal rela­ti­onships
